We are committed to maintaining high standards in legal compliance, user accessibility, and technical performance. Below is an overview of current areas of improvement and our action plans.

1. Terms & Conditions (ToS)

A formal Terms and Conditions page is in preparation and will soon be available at /terms-and-conditions.

It will include:

  • ✅ User responsibilities (acceptable use of our Services)
  • ✅ Limitation of liability
  • ✅ Intellectual property rights
  • ✅ Termination clauses
  • ✅ Dispute resolution and governing law (Germany)
  • ✅ General disclaimer (for software, advice, and third-party tools)

2. Accessibility (A11y)

We believe digital inclusion is essential. The following improvements are being implemented based on WCAG and ARIA standards:

✅ Upcoming Improvements:

  • alt attributes for all informative images
  • Proper use of ARIA roles and landmarks: <nav>, <header>, <main>, <footer>
  • <html lang="en"> for correct language declaration
  • Keyboard accessibility across all interactive elements
  • Labeling of all form inputs and buttons
  • High contrast modes and color accessibility checks
  • “Skip to content” links for screen readers

3. Performance Optimization

We are optimizing our infrastructure for performance and SEO visibility.

✅ Planned Technical Enhancements:

  • Sitemap generation: sitemap.xml
  • Search engine instructions via robots.txt
  • Metadata for performance and PWA readiness:
    • <meta name="theme-color">
    • <link rel="manifest"> (PWA support)
  • Image lazy-loading and compression
  • Minification of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Caching and CDN integration for global asset delivery
